Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed old food splashed on side panels of microwave oven.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed greasy hood filters underneath fire suppression above fryers, also back area of both fryers spoke to Manager concerning notify the fire service cleans the hoods.
