Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Quaternary sanitizer spray bottle testing at 500+ PPM. Inspector assisted with replenishing the spray bottle by diluting the chemical with water. The quaternary sanitizer is now testing at 200 PPM.
