Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. High temp tested at 141 f tested two times. Discussed with employee to use three compartment sink to wash rinse and sanitize.
