Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed 3 cutting boards in kitchen with groves and no longer cleanable.

Food-contact surfaces sanitized with a quaternary ammonium solution not exposed to the sanitizer solution for at least 30 seconds. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Behind front counter employee just dipped blender lid in sanitizer for only 2 seconds.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In front bar area, by hand washing sink, under soap dispenser, bottles of ice brew. In kitchen area on top of microwave, 2 multi purpose bottles. Employee moved bottles.
Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. pooled eggs (52F,45F,50F - Cooling, after 30 minutes 45F, 48F,51F) in large deep covered and stacked plastic containers in reach in cooler in kitchen. Employee put in ice baths.
