Observed an employee drink from a unlidded cup with no straw and then grab tongs to use. Operator had the employee what's their hands and get new tongs.

Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Observed operator heat puck at 145F.
