Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dishwasher (Temperature 135.2F), establishment will be using their other dish machine. Operator stated they need to order a heating element for it.
