Operator stated items place out 4.5 hours earlier. In walk-in cooler, rehydrated onions (50, 52F - Cold Holding); butter (52F - Cold Holding). Operator stated all items in temperature at opening check. Operator stated breaker tripped sometime after, breaker reset. Ambient temperature 51f at condenser unit. Temperature dropping after 15 more minutes. Items moved immediately to secondary walk-in cooler.
