Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dish machine at bar, hooked up to quaternary container, data plate reads chlorine. Advised operator to discontinue use and run items through kitchen dish machine.

Dishmachine not sanitizing properly. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Ran dishmachine three times, did not reach 160F. Per operator, Hobart came out to check machine day before and are waiting on a part that will take 7 days.
