Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Employee working in cook line, cracked unpasteurized eggs, changed gloves, then grabbed a clean plate to serve customer's order. After manager instructed, employee discarded gloves, washed hands and put in new pair of gloves.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
