Food stored on floor. In the dry storage room, a bag of masa was stored on the floor. The bag was moved up.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. On the counter next to the triple sink, 2 tubs of frozen beans thawing at room temperature. 1 tub was moved to running water and the other was moved to refrigeration.

Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In the reach in freezer, raw whole fish were stored in an "IDEAL FOOD BASKET" shopping bag. The fish were removed.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Next to the triple sink, a bag of leg quarters was in a large bowl without running water. The bowl was moved to the sink and the water was turned on.

The container had been left on the counter at room temperature for less than 1 hour. The item was not prepped or portioned today. The item was returned to the cooler to chill and cold hold.
