Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on top of stove cooked beans (98F - hot holding ) according to manager out for about 90 minutes, manager put beans to reheat on stove.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink being used for dish washing. Operator removed dishes to 3 compartment sink.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed operator working with out a test kit.
