Observed and employee cracked eggs and then cutting bread without washing hands and changing gloves. Operator was informed that the employee need to discarded the gloves after cracking eggs, wash hands and put on new gloves.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cooked potatoes at reach in cooler to properly date market. As per operator was cooked two days ago. Operator was informed that the product need to be labeled.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed clean containers not stored inverted at the top of the shelf at preparation area.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee with bracelets and watch while serving food.
