Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Observe cooked crack raw eggs with gloves on. Then take off gloves and discarded them. Then put on new gloves without washing hands after cracking raw eggs. Cook is reeducated that after crack raw eggs. Immediately take off gloves and wash hands before pursuing to finish cooking the eggs.
