Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Pasta 47F cold hold. Pasta stacked above the rim of the refrigerated unit. Operator removed the portion of the pasta that is stacked above the refrigerated unit. Pasta was in the unit less than 4 hours
Food stored on floor. Multiple boxes of frozen foods are stored on the floor under walk in freezer shelving. Operator rearranged the walk in to gain compliance
