What the inspector wrote — 6 findings
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Upon arrival observed operator on cellphone with no gloves. Upon starting the inspection operator put phone in pocket and immediately donned gloves with no prior handwash. Operator immediately began preparing food, still no hand wash.
