Operator discussed with employee who then washed hands.
Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed an employee touched a visibly soiled wiping cloth and then continued prepping food for customers without washing hands. Operator discussed with employee who then washed their hands.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed bottles of soap and floor cleaner stored over food bags and containers used for prepped food. Operator moved food bags and containers.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed a container of spices with a scoop and the handle of the scoop was in direct contact with the food. Operator moved scoop so it was not in contact with the food.

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee came from outside the building put gloves on and began prepping raw chicken without washing hands. Employee washed hands with soap and warm water then put new gloves on
