Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. -Cook line chicken filet (122F - Hot Holding); grill steak (125F - Hot Holding) -Two hot holding drawers-; grilled chicken (122F - Hot Holding). Per manager food hot held less than 2 hours. Employee reheated all item on stove/grill to (165-169F).
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Cook line, employee having a large container inside sink. Employee removed.
