Observed raw beef (47F - Cold Holding); seafood mix (50F - Cold Holding); pork (49F - Cold Holding); whole chicken (51F - Cold Holding); raw shell egg (46F - Cold Holding) stored In the walk in cooler. As per operator that is the main cooler for all items, the heat from the kitchen goes inside and take a while to regulate temperature.
