Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Initial test for sanitizer concentration was zero (0) ppm. After priming the sanitizer pump, it recorded 100 ppm. Operator was informed they need to contact repair company to determine reason for loosening the prime on sanitizer.
Exterior kitchen door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed extensive rust and decay on metal door.
