On previous inspection with Supervisor present, Educated operator on differences when operator showed most recent seafood invoice which shows Snapper Fillet Crimson. Person in charge called manager on phone and manager stated to me that provider of fish stated that Snapper Fillet Crimson and Red Snapper are the same. No invoice was provided during inspection and no box. Employee only had 1 thawed raw piece of fillet snapper to view. Manager on phone stated will remove the word "Red" from the menus in house and drive thru.
