Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Shell eggs stored over lime juice in kitchen reach-in cooler. Employee placed eggs on bottom shelf.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Items stored in front counter reach-in cooler next to front counter drink cooler: tomatoes (46F - Cold Holding); cabbage (45F - Cold Holding). Employee stated items placed in cooler thirty minutes prior to temperature being taken. Employee moved items to a cooler with ambient temperature of 38F to reduce temperature to 41F.
Ambient air thermometer in holding unit not accurate within plus or minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit. Ambient thermometer for front counter reach-in cooler next to front counter drink cooler reading 85F, ambient temperature of cooler 51F.
