Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Female employe came from outside, started wearing gloves and handle ready to eat food, no hand washed occurred.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Reach-in cooler, raw pork above fully cooked sausage, Manager moved.
Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Next to triple sink, raw beef (tenderized) stored above raw fish, Manager moved.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. At the stove, beans 120f and 132F, manager turned on the stove and started the reheating.
