Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Seven packages containing thawed raw salmon thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The salmon is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the salmon must be removed from packaging prior to thawing.
Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottles containing air freshener, hand soap, and lotion stored on shelf directly beside boxes of foil and wax paper in cabinet at front counter. Manager removed all chemicals from shelf during this inspection.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Backflow prevention device missing at hose connection at mop sink.
