Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooked onions hot holding at 117F owner heated onions to 172F.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwashing sink has a storage containers sitting on top of it.
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Establishments using bleach that is not made for food contact surfaces. Owner purchased food contact surfaces bleach.
