Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs and raw egg pouches were stored directly above cornbread and yogurt in the kitchen reach-in cooler. Educated kitchen staff on proper storage hierarchy of raw proteins, below all ready to eat products.
