Observed air curtain installed above door turned off at time of inspection. Doors were open to the outside. Advised manager that air curtains must be turned on while doors are open to protect establishment against environmental cross contamination or the entrance of pests.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution no stored at least 6 inches off floor.

Observed employee take customer order touching POS machine, then attempted to prepare customer food without washing hands first. Coached employee he then washed hands and put on gloves.
Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Observed uncovered raw ground beef stored over unwashed bananas in back of house reach in cooler. Employee removed.
