Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Observed cook wash hands in kitchen immediately rinse off soap with no rubbing step. Later observed same cook rub hands together only 5 seconds with soap. Spoke both times with employee regarding proper handwashing, suggesting steps such as counting out loud to help wash hands properly. Observed second employee returning to work from outside immediately rinse off soap before rubbing step. Spoke with this employee, employee properly rewashed hands before returning to work - corrective action taken.
