Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee used gloved hand to turn on hand washing sink, rinsed gloved hands in water and then wiped out sink basin with gloved hand then proceeded to handle clean equipment and utensils to prepare food without washing hands or changing gloves. Advised Operator of proper hand washing/single use glove wearing.
