Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Blocked by a dish rack. The dish rack was removed. Plastic bottle stored in the hand washing sink. Hand washing sink is not easily accessible being blocked by the flip top reach in cooler. The dish rack and plastic bottle was removed.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths.
