Observed cooked chicken, tuna salad, pasta, ground beef. prepped 5/10 and 5/12 in standup reach-in cooler next to walk-in cooler all temping between 47F-48F, with ambient thermometer in cooler reading 45F. Items in cooler over 4 hours per operator. Operator discarded items, and removed all items inside cooler to walk-in cooler and make table. Operator states they will not use until repaired. Cooler was emptied completely during inspection.
