Dishwasher (Temperature 157F), operator will sanitize in the three compartment sink until the dishwasher is working properly.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the walk in cooler raw ground beef is stored above cans of crab meat. Operator moved items to proper storage order.

Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. An employee plated french fries with their bare hands. Operator discarded the fries and gad the employee wash their hands and put on gloves.
