From ad hoc inspection conducted on 2/6/25: Ice well in the prep table next the exit door. There are 2 ice cream machines where the prep fridge is located and there is a small fridge in between the 2. Multiple table top appliances such as hot dog warmers in establishment and are not on the plans. Mop sink is in the incorrect location. New owner has sent in plans for the establishment on 4/8/25. They have not yet been approved. There is a freezer inside of a closet located outside.
Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Ceiling tiles are acoustic and painted, but there are visible holes are not smooth.

No mop sink or curbed cleaning facility provided at establishment. Previous ownership plans from 2019 state that mop sink is located in the building behind the establishment. It is owned by the city of Dunedin and the plans state that they have permission. The employee states that they have been dumping their waste water on the ground outside. They were unable to show me the mop sink as the location where they think it may be is locked.
