Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times: hand-wash sink had items stored in it. Additionally, the he's was very dirty. Owner/Operator removed the items.. Sink not yet cleaned.
Cleaned and sanitized equipment or utensils not properly stored: container with cooking utensils sitting under hood suppression box with food/grease dripping on them and one with a dirty extension cord touching it. Owner/Operator removed the dirty utensils, placed them in the 3cs, and relocated the container.
