Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed frozen vegetables stored below raw shrimp in reach-in freezer across from the three compartment sink not in original hermetically sealed packing.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Bean Sprouts (61F - Cold Holding) and Tofu (59F - Cold Holding); in reach-in cooler across from cash register. Observed Heavy Cream (52F - Cold Holding) in cooler near handwash sink. Operator stated items have been in cooler for less than 4 hours. Operator iced products down.
Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Rice (92F - Hot Holding) stored on floor not plugged in at time of inspection. Operator stated the rice has been out of temperature for less than 4 hours. Operator removed to reheat on stove.

Observed no proof of training for Pamela and Andream at time of inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Several items (pork belly, shrimp, etc.) in containers near three compartment sink and in bay of three compartment sink without running water. Discussed proper method with operator.
