Business is a cafe located inside a government office building with security access restricted to employees only. Cafe has scheduled events multiple times a year where they set up cooking equipment outdoors. At time of inspection, there were two uncovered propane grills, a propane commercial stove/oven and prep tables with a collapsable tent, used for grilling chicken and cooking rice. The manager advised different equipment could be rented to facilitate the needs of different events to include fryers, griddles and smokers.
