Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Wiping cloth solution at front counter tested at 0ppm quaternary ammonium. Chemical line found not dispensing chemical. Operator remade solution with chlorine and tested at 50ppm. Establishment will utilize chlorine until repair can be made. Operator called for service during inspection.
