Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed ham in deli case at 44F/47F. Ham was previously moved from flip top reach in cooler that is currently down with repair person on site. Operator voluntarily discarded ham.

Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. Hand wash sink by triple sink with both hot and cold water valves dispensing very little water.
Equipment in poor repair. All door gaskets on two stand up reach in coolers to left of toaster and right door gasket on stand up reach in freezer are torn/disrepair.
