Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand sink is blocked by large reach in cooler. Operator agrees to swap work table and reach in cooler to make hand sink accessible during operation.
No drainboards or equivalent provided for soiled items and/or air drying cleaned items. Operator to install drain boards as outlined on plans.
