No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Per approved plan on 11/05/2018, the establishment added a walk-in cooler and a walk-in freezer next to the restrooms in the Battlefield/laser tag area, observed time/temperature control for safety food observed in both walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. The establishment also added a dry food storage room in the Archery Tag area, various canned food and dry food items stored in the room. No food prep observed in the additional food storage areas.
