Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee put on single service gloves after retuning from frontline cash station without washing hands. Washed hands after inspector brought it to his attention
Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee prepared salads whits bare hand contact. Stopped when inspector brought it to his attention.
Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Employee washed plate in Three compartment sink but did not sanitize plate, then wiped / cloth dried plate and prepared foods for customer on same plate.
