Handwash sink does not have enough water pressure to properly wash hands. The fresh water tank was low. The employee filled up tank at time of inspection.
No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Walking into trailer observed to the left side a white reach in cooler next to that is a small flat top grill used to get breakfast sandwiches did not observe a hood suppression system in the truck. Across is a toaster and expresso machine and an ice machine this is all located on the left side of the food truck.
