Raw animal food stored in same container as ready-to-eat food. Raw shelled eggs stored in same container and in direct contact with ready to eat broccoli. Operator removed eggs and placed in proper storage.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. garlic butter (58 F - Cold Holding) per operator, butter had been removed from freezer to thaw an hour prior. Butter was moved into reach in cooler to cool.
