Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dishmachine at 0 ppm during inspection. Employee troubleshot machine and sanitizer reading was at 50 ppm at the end of the inspection.
