Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the flip top reach in cooler closest to the cash register area, chicken salad (46F - Cold Holding); tuna salad (51F - Cold Holding) both items stored in the top portion of the reach in cooler above the cooling plane during the rush prior to inspection. Operator placed both containers back into the reach in cooler to bring back to temperature range. Discussed alternative storage solutions with the operator.

At the lobby soda dispenser, Dr.Pepper nozzle with build up of soda syrup residue. Operator cleaned and sanitized the soda dispenser.
