Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed Spinach and Feta danish (70F), cream cheese danish (70F), and blueberry and cream cheese danish (71F) stored at front counter display under no temperature control. Foods were prepared at 6:30am per operator. Operator moved danishes to front display cooler, however they did not reach 41F or below in 4 hours. See Stop Sale.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice in the basin of front counter hand sink.
