Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Multiple cutting boards in establishment with cut marks.
Food stored on floor. 2 cases of frying oil stored on floor beneath Dish machine. Manager relocated all oil containers 6 inches off floor during time of inspection.

Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee beverage on dry storage rack over clean equipment adjacent to three compartment sink. Operator removed drink during time of inspection.
In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Spoon handle inside blue cheese container in Reach in cooler adjacent to pizza oven. Operator removed spoon during time of inspection.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored over ready-to-eat food. Unwashed bell peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes stored over bread, cheese, and slice pepperoni in Walk in cooler. Operator relocated all items to an approved location during time of inspection.
Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Squeeze bottle with liquid next to flat top grill. Operator labeled bottle during time of inspection.
