Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed approximately 30 portions raw fish partially thawed in walk-in cooler, per operator pulled from freezer less than 3 hours ago, still in reduced-oxygen packaging with label to remove. Operator immediately removed all from packaging. Provided operator associated hand to aid in training of employees.
