Observed approximately 30 portions raw fish partially thawed in walk-in cooler, per operator pulled from freezer less than 3 hours ago, still in reduced-oxygen packaging with label to remove. Operator immediately removed all from packaging. Provided operator associated hand to aid in training of employees.
