Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Employee with watch, employee with non-plain ring. Spoke with manager regarding jewelry and proper handwashing.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw bacon over ready-to-eat peppers and onions on cook line reach-in cooler closest to door. Operator separated for proper food storage.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Operator cleaned the machine.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. On front line, bags next to single service plates. Operator moved all personal items to designated shelving.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. In back kitchen inside empty reach-in cooler far left back, 6 droppings. In reach-in freezer to the right, 3 droppings. Back corner under bread storage rack 10 observed. 5 droppings under water heater. 10 under grill in back kitchen. In front service area 5 on shelf under icee machine. 10 on floor under coffee station. Approximately 30 on floor under far right soda machine. 10 on floor under far left soda machine.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Back of kitchen blocked its chairs. Operator cleared the sink.

Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. In back kitchen one on cutting board center of kitchen, one on soda storage rack. Operator moved to separate location.
