Operator put items on ice for cooling and proper storage.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chemical test kit for dish machine.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed water shut off to hand wash sink near cook line. Operator turned water back on. Repeat 2/21/2023.
