Place there around 2 hrs ago as per employee. Discussed placing item on Time. Employee place item on Time/Temperature Control for Safety (Potentially Hazardous) Foods. 1 pan of deli meat, cooked beef, 1 pan of cooked sausage, 1 container of cut spinach and 1 container of ricotta cheese (47-51F - Cold Holding), all items stored in flip top reach in cooler and place there since yesterday overnight as per employee with no additional prep. Ambient temperature at 48F. Unit has torn gaskets. Inspector thermometer reading at 49F. Stop sale issued.
